EMERGENCE: A Sunrise Hike
EMERGENCE: A Sunrise Hike is an intentional women’s gathering held in nature during the early hours of the morning, a time when the nervous system is most receptive to grounding, clarity, and gentle renewal.
Together, we will walk in silence and in conversation, breathe with the rhythm of the earth, and allow the rising sun to illuminate what is ready to be released, reclaimed, or simply witnessed. This is a space for integration.
